CBM transform the lives of people living with disability, along with their families and communities, in the poorest places of the world.

We were honoured to be asked to work with this charity and their ambassador, the actress Penelope Wilton, to produce an uplifting film about CBM’s work to prevent avoidable blindness around the world.

Launched on World Sight Day, the film focuses on those who are needlessly blind because of diseases or conditions that could be easily prevented or treated. People who are often unable to go to school, earn a living or live independently.

An important part of this project was sourcing the perfect footage, and for this our Producer Nishi Bolakee researched the charity’s extensive film archive, filmed by the charity’s own staff at their projects all over the world.
