Gretchen Shoring

A former factual TV Series Producer and Director, Gretchen brings extensive production expertise, having spent 12 years at the BBC, and on commissions for ITV and Channel 5. Gretchen set up Citizen in 2009 with the aim of bringing strong storytelling know-how together with the ability to deliver good looking, creative and innovative films for brands. She is a committed supporter of the charity ChildHope.

Rollo Hollins

Creative Director

Rollo Hollins

Rollo was previously a Director of Photography; working between the UK and the US, he shot and edited a range of award winning TV, film and commercial productions before becoming a Director. He combines an acute visual sense with incredibly strong story-telling, delivering projects, from concept to delivery, for brands such as Nike, Epson, Barclays, KPMG, Carphone Warehouse, the V&A and HSBC.

Tess Gomm

Tess Gomm

A former journalist and editor on national newspapers and magazines, Tess has over 30 years experience in producing high quality editorial and design across all platforms. Clients include Tesco, Mothercare, Dreams, the FT and Air Canada.

Zoe Waller

Zoe Waller

Zoë has had an exciting and varied television and commercial production career spanning the past decade. She has worked with the likes of Channel 4, ITN Productions, The Extreme Channel, Grey Advertising and Radical Media to name just a few.

Nishi Bolakee

Producer

Nishi has a wealth of production experience across a variety of subjects. Having worked at the BBC for twelve years in science, arts, business and investigative documentaries, Nishi went on to produce and direct for the National History Museum, before joining us at Citizen.

Ellie Lambert

Ellie Lambert

Having studied Media Arts at university, Ellie’s first taste of production as 1st AD on a feature film spurred on her enthusiasm for film and television. She worked on an ITV drama and a range of shorts before graduating and joining Team Citizen.

Tim Cole

For many years Tim worked as a Creative Director at Saatchi & Saatchi with some of the most imaginative and technically brilliant people within the creative community. This experience shaped the way he works as a Photographer and Director today. Recent clients include Sprint, CBS Outdoor, Kia, Hyundai, T-Mobile and Ikea.

Abby Mangold

Producer / Media Trainer

Abby Mangold

Having worked at BBC Television for 15 years and subsequently as a Director in corporate & crisis practice at global PR agency Burson-Marsteller, Abby is a media and communications professional with extensive, high level experience. At Citizen, Abby creates bespoke media training packages to suit all types of businesses, from SMEs to multinationals.
